Andraly Stories Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Andraly Stories mobile app (the “App”), operated by Andraly, LLC (“Andraly”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App. By creating an account or making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an Andraly Stories account. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older and that you are creating the account as the parent or legal guardian of the child or children who will use it. Accounts created in violation of this section may be terminated at any time.

3. User Accounts

You create an account to use the App and agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Child profiles you create are personalization settings within your account, not separate accounts. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Gems, In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

Creating a story uses gems, a virtual currency with no monetary value that cannot be exchanged for cash. New accounts include a small number of free starter gems. You may purchase gem packs, or subscribe to Andraly Plus for a recurring gem allotment.

All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store under their terms and billing. A parental gate helps prevent unintended purchases by children. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.

The account holder (parent or guardian) is solely responsible for all purchases made through the account. Refunds are governed by the applicable app store's policies — once a refund is processed by the store, any gems credited for that purchase will be revoked from your balance.

5. Story Creation and Intellectual Property

When you use Andraly to generate stories, we grant you a license to use the generated content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Andraly retains ownership of the underlying technology, algorithms, and systems used to generate stories. You retain ownership of any original content you provide as input. For commercial use of generated stories, please contact us for licensing options.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others. Generated content is screened for safety, but you are responsible for supervising your child's use of the App.

7. Data Collection and Usage

We collect and process information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to that processing.

8. Modifications to Terms and Services

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we post the updated Terms on this page with a revised Effective Date, and we describe any material change in a notice at the top of this page for at least 30 days after it takes effect. Please check this page periodically. Your continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App with or without notice.

9. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to Andraly. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Andraly, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Andraly, LLC is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.
